The First Monday in March
I have not been getting blog posts up as frequently as I would like to lately. Sometimes life just gets in the way of things. Since blogging is still new to me, I am still figuring out how to balance school, work, the blog and my social life. Time management has never been my strongest point but I’m working on it. I have a few posts ideas that I am still working on but require a lot of time and attention that I just could not give in the last week. I promise to get those up as soon as physically possible. I have also been thinking about starting a YouTube channel but not sure if it is too soon. I started watching YouTube tutorials when I was in High School and have been so inspired to do my own ever since. I was always so worried about what people at school would say about me but now that I have the blog I think it is clear that I could not care less. Of course I do not want people to think poorly of me, but negative feedback is definitely not going to be something that will be holding me back on my dream. Always do what makes you happy, and don’t stop working to get what you want and where you want to be. I am going to brainstorm some ideas for interesting videos to get my channel going and then maybe give it a go. Let me know what you guys think on Instagram, Facebook, etc. Anyway, the weather in New York lately is driving me crazy. One day its sunny and 65 degrees, the next it’s 30 with a chance of snow. I have to say though, the warm days have me so excited for spring and summer. I can’t wait to add new colors and patterns to my wardrobe and go without a heavy coat (even though I think that I can get away with a leather jacket in any weather). Obviously, these photos were taken on one of the warmer days we have had here in New York. No makeup, because sometimes I just need to give my skin a breather, don’t we all? This top is from Zara and I am obsessed with it, when I saw it on display I was getting some serious Gucci vibes so I snagged it just in time for fashion week. These jeans are Levi’s, they are high wasted skinny jeans with distressed knees and the shoes are by Marc Fisher. I am really into his shoes lately and these were a birthday gift 🙂 You can shop the look directly by clicking the products below.I hope to have some exciting new content coming your way soon.
